  This is a very busy Starbucks and yet they usually handle very well. Mobile order processing and pick-up procedure could improve (and it has some, but not enough).

  Omg. Waited 15 min past the promised phone order time! 1 coffee was ready when we arrived - the other was a 15 min wait- only after 3 inquires. Insult to injury- it came regular, not the decaf ordered so we waited again. 2nd insult- it was aweful!'

  Great staff! Very friendly, drinks are made quick! The fables outside the store are not clean at all, store is mostly packed and sitting outside can be a challenge as the tables are very dirty.
