  Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
  
  On 10/24/16 my Wife went in earlier in the day and PAID for a pizza to be picked up by myself later that night. It was all agreed upon with the management and her money was taken, my name written on the receipt, seems pretty simple right?
  
  When I arrived to pick up the pizza after work at the agreed upon time, the employee behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. I called my Wife to verify, then explained the details to the employee. He went back to talk to his manager, came back out and said he figured it all out and started making the pizza, told me it would be about 10 minutes, so I stepped outside for a few to get some fresh Autumn air.
  
  My Wife in the meantime called the manager to see what happened and to make sure the order was correct, weren't going to be charged any more, etc. When I walked back in, the manager was still on the phone with my Wife (I could tell). I saw him take the pizza out of the oven and place it on a tray (clearly not finished) and went to the register. At that point I could tell what he was doing. Before he got off the phone, I heard him say "that's not the way it works, you don't give me an ultimatum" then HUNG UP the phone. He then said to me "your Wife wants her money back" to which I simply said "ok". I know my Wife was upset, but she is always very professional with her complaints and I know she did nothing to warrant getting that attitude from this poor excuse of a "manager". When the phone rang again, he told his employee to answer it and if it's a new customer take the order, otherwise hang up. What a way to handle things.
  
  When he finally got the register open, he handed me the cash, dropped the change in my hand with a flick of his wrist (almost as if to say F you) and turned his back. I'll say this, if there wasn't 2 Mothers in there with their children, this miserable poor excuse for a manager would have gotten a nasty earful from me, but I wasn't about to mess up anybody else's night.
  
  Now, I know he did not have to give us our money back AND the pizza for free, he defiantly was fine to just give us our money back. But it was the way he handled it, being completely rude to my Wife and I. Not once did he say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, if you could please just wait a little more and we'll have that pizza ready for you...or I can give you your money back. Up to you, and I apologize once again." Nothing like that. He clearly just didn't wanna deal with a customer that didn't have a good experience so just tried to get rid of us as quickly as possible. I could see if we were being difficult, but we weren't. We were both being totally civil, this guy is just an A hole.
  
  This was our first time trying this place, and we will NEVER be back. Also will never recommend this place to anyone, at least not with their current management.

  My daughter and I have been coming here for years. We love to stop in for an after school pizza before a game or concert. Great pizza, and wonderful customer service. Sometimes we call ahead to have it ready when we get there...

  I have been going here for close to 4 years and have never once had a problem. The family that owns the restaurant is super nice and I love supporting them just on that fact alone. Regardless, their pizzas are delicious. I can't give my opinion on anything else, because I am a creature of habit.
  
  Their pizzas are a bit on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for. Can't say enough just how much I love their pizza and service!
